#JusticePourMartinezZogo l’urgence de protéger la famille de Martinez Zogo
Cela aurait dû être la priorité de l’État du Cameroun depuis l’assassinat du journaliste Martinez Zogo…Et s’il se révèle défaillant, les ONG locales en coordination avec les instances internationales doivent s’y employer, y compris pour éloigner les ayants droits du défunt du Cameroun.
Il faut en effet préserver leur intégrité physique et morale, parvenir à la manifestation de toute la vérité devant les juridictions internationales, puis obtenir les réparations nécessaires de l’État du Cameroun…
Parce qu’il s’agit d’un crime d’État.
Nous ne sommes pas naïfs au point d’attendre une quelconque politique rédemptrice du Nnôm Ngui. Cependant, nous devons reconnaître que la Realpolitik indique que le Nnôm Ngui ferait mieux de ne pas malmener la justice dans l’affaire Martinez Zogo. S’il le fait à ses risques et périls, il légitimera le règne des chefs de cartels ethno fascistes qui se retourneront alors contre lui.
Car la décision de certains clans sous son contrôle d’ordonner intentionnellement le meurtre crapuleux du journaliste Martinez Zogo aura inéluctablement des conséquences sur le Nnôm ngui. En effet en tant que souverain, il a le monopole de la violence qui ne peut en aucune manière être partagé sans diviser et diminuer ou même remplacer son propre pouvoir.
En ce sens, l’inaction apparente de la présidence de la République et de son cabinet noir est un cocktail toxique qui fait craindre une extension de la guerre civile au Cameroun, du fait de la ratification de facto de l’État et du fonctionnement communautaire de celui-ci, ancré dans une précarité organisée de ses habitants.

We are not naïve to the point of expecting any kind of redemptive politics from the Nnom Ngui. However, we have to recognize that Realpolitik indicates that the Nnom Ngui better not mishandle justice for Martinez Zogo. If he does, he will legitimize the rule of the ethnofascist warlords who will then come after him.
Thus, the decision of some clans under his control to intentionally order murder has consequences for the Nnom ngui because as a sovereign, he has the monopoly on violence that cannot be shared without dividing, dwindle, or even replace his own power.
In this sense, the inaction of the presidency and its dark cabinet is a toxic cocktail that raises fears of an extension of the civil war, due to the de facto ratification of the state and the community functioning of the state rooted in the precariousness of its inhabitants.
