Condamner cette barbarie sans nom, nous le faisons depuis la dérive de la crise anglophone en guerre civile en octobre 2016…
Est-ce pour autant que nous devrions mettre notre discernement en sourdine, face notamment à des crimes contre l’humanité, de guerre, voire de génocide qui portent la marque de belligérants solidement armés, savamment informés, bénéficiant incontestablement de bonnes connexions au sein l’appareil de l’État répressif;…comme le laissent penser les blessures infligées aux jeunes victimes de ce jour à Kumba? À l’évidence non.
Qui sont donc ces supposés groupuscules armés dits “sécessionnistes” capables de s’en prendre de la sorte à des populations civiles anglophones, pour lesquelles ils disent se battre contre une “armée d’occupation”?
Il n’y a à l’évidence qu’une commission internationale indépendante qui puisse y faire toute la lumière, à défaut ou parallèlement à la mise sur pied d’une commission vérité et réconciliation post-conflit.
Il faut en finir avec le sentiment d’impunité des différents belligérants de cette sale guerre anglophone.
C’est la voie incontournable pour un rétablissement de la paix.

Charles Taku: This senseless slaughter civilians, children in particular must stop and the perpetrators held accountable. These acts of impunity must not go unpunished.
The massacre of these children adds to a long list of civilians killed in this senseless war. It warrants the intervention of the UNSC to establish a transitional justice mechanism to investigate and prosecute the perpetrators of this and other crimes against civilians and civilian targets in the ongoing genocidal campaign in the Southern Cameroons.
The fact that no credible investigations and Prosecutions have occurred despite the widespread and systematic nature of the crimes is a slur on the conscience of the civilised world.
The international community can no longer sit back while the responsibility for these crimes are determined by speculative war propaganda. Submitting to this subtefuge will give tacit blessings to impunity.
The UNSC should urgently intervene and send an urgent fact finding mission with a robust independent investigation authority.
Doing so,will foster the objectives of the UN and international justice.
